Offers are geo-targeted and mostly its the Tier 1 countries that will have a lot of offers.
Depending on the offer, you might have to make a purchase, download, complete a survey, sign-up on a site, watch a video, etc..
Apart from the ClixOffers you can also try the offerwalls from the Offers drop-down menu.

How to cashout?
For PayPal and Payza, you need $6 as a Premium member and $8 as a Standard member in your account before you can request a cashout.
For Liberty reserve its $50 and for Checks its $100.

When you have it, you will see a cashout button beside your account balance on your account summary page.
