Inactive referrals are automatically hidden by the system when viewing them in the My Referrals page.

In order to downgrade your Payza account, you will need to follow these instructions:

1. Login to your Payza account
2. Click on the "My Profile" button
3. Click on "Downgrade/Upgrade Account"
4. Select your new account type and click on "Downgrade Now"
5. Click on "Confirm"

You may only downgrade to a Starter account if you have not surpassed the receiving limits of $400 USD/month or $2000 USD/lifetime. It is also only possible to downgrade to a Starter account once.

I would also suggest you open a support ticket on Payza and ask them why was your account automatically upgraded even though you didn't exceed the Starter account limits.
