The paypal problem can be one of the reason. Most of advertisers use Paypal to purchase. Clixsense needs to implement direct credit card as a way to pay the orders without using a payment processor.
The PTC situation is getting really bad since some years now, very very less PTC sites poping out. Years ago 3-5 sites were launched daily, now 1 per week maybe? And with clear unstable model to run for a long time. So what i mean too is there are very less PTC to promote, and it is the major thing advertised in PTC traffic. Not all advertisers have understand the ptc traffic can be monetized with something else than promotig a bux site.
