And when i searched for similar case i found lof of people with the exact same problem. Even i saw some funny things, like when suspending your account they also suspend your family account even if they don't live with you

Or people suspended after returning to much items back (about 10% of their orders) . because the item was not new but used, or broken, or conterfeit

En général, Clixsense fait un geste sans qu'on leur demande, par exemple pour le bonus quotidien. Si ils avaient prevu de compenser on aurait deja eu quelque chose. Je pense que c'est perdu pour cette journée la et qu il vaut mieux passé

You can provide a service with no problems to the user and still be unable to spell ethics. Amazon definitely can't spell ethics.

Well I thought you meant "ethics" in regards with how they treat their customers.

Anyway, I highly doubt there's any large company nowadays which is not in some way or other involved in an unethical issue of some sort.

I have no idea, when i asked them they never told me why. They never reply to my questions
I have always used Amazon gift cards i earned, since many months but recently as i earned a Visa Virtal card i wanted to use there...

After suspending my account they started to ask things like personnal bank statement,ect. I told them that i used a Visa gift card wich has nothing to do with my bank and asked if it was the problem( they never told me anyway) and i have never used my bank or my physical card there so why should i provide personnal infos

After i sent what they asked. Now they ask me to call my bank and ask them to call Amazon to confirm the informations i provided LOL What is that, I am not calling my bank and say
"hello can you call amazon, they banned me and they want you call them"

On top of that to contact the verification department i have to use fax each time ! Yes faxs in 2016 !!!!! They don't accept any other ways to communicate


I had about 40 euros in my account, it's not a lot but money is money. I can buy lot of noodles with 40 euros.

After searching on the web, i found some people having the same problem when they used Amazon cards bough at the shop.

I am done with them since they stopped to reply.

Believe me they also banned me 2 weeks ago. I used a Visa virtual gift card and got suspended 5 minutes after.

They banned me ! I don't even know why. When i asked them last week they told me i bought something but did't pay LOL
