Quote:Thank you for reaching out to ySense for assistance.
We noticed that you contacted us through the general contact form regarding a crediting request. Please note that we are changing our Support policies for this type of request. Going forward, we will be strongly encouraging all members to submit requests for Offer, Survey, and Shop credits through the Activity Ledger. Our team will be able to help resolve your concerns much more quickly and efficiently this way. For all future credit requests, we kindly request that you please follow that process.
As a limited-time courtesy, we will proceed with investigating your ticket based on the information provided in your initial inquiry. This does not guarantee credit to your account, or that we can continue to offer such assistance for credit requests submitted through the general contact form in the future.
Here are some helpful steps on how to access your Activity Ledger and submit a ticket to our support team.
The easiest way to get help and submit a ticket is through the Visited section of your Transaction History. You can access it by clicking on the following link: https://www.ysense.com/account-ledger
Alternatively, you can access your Transaction History through our Help Desk Page. Simply navigate to the page and click on the "My Recent Activity" block. This will take you to the Activity Ledger page.
Once you're on the Activity Ledger page, click on the "Visited" tab. This will display the activities you have visited.
To find the specific activity you need assistance with, click on "Visited" and choose the desired date range. Then, locate your activity and click on the arrow beside it to reveal a dropdown menu.
In the dropdown menu, you will find two options:
Click on the envelope symbol (✉️) to contact Customer Support directly.
Click on "Contact Customer Support" to send a ticket specifically for that activity.
Please note the following important information:
If you don't see a click, it means your activity did not track through ySense. We recommend always checking your Visited ledger before proceeding with an activity to ensure it is tracking back to your account.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are here to help you.

"We've noticed that some of your responses are not being provided as directed or are inconsistent with previous responses.
While our Quality Assurance Team reviews your responses, we're restricting your access to Surveys."
Co się dzieje? Nie kłamałam w ankietach, nie naruszyłam regulaminu. A system mnie zablokował?
