I'm sure that by 2030 we will have technology to allow us to return back from Mars. In fact it probably exists, just because a technology is not seen to the public does not mean it does not exist. Companies already are hiding several decades worth of new tech waiting for the right time to release it. They want to use humans to research what it would be like living on Mars, growing your own stuff to eat, defying gravity and other challenges. They are also looking for engineers and scientists. Funny how they do not mention pay, do they expect people to do this for FREE ?

I know that I didn't expect it to be, and neither was Squid Games, but usually Korean series raise the bar high. I have not had time to continue from the 1st episode, but so far it is a disappoint, I'm about halfway on episode 1 and I am so confused, there is constant back and forth between characters that I have no clue what the relation is, then some guy dreaming of pigs, buying lottery tickets, makes no sense at all, then some mother and her kid, then flashbacks, etc, yeah kind of reminds me of a horrible Hollywood flop I will keep watching - and so far I see nothing about serial killing and that rating on IMDB of 7.4, I'm shocked, usually IMDB reviewers are far more strict than that - if it's a 7.4 it means it's a masterpiece So far, based on what I saw, it's a 1 at best for horrible music, horrible acting, and total confusion

Ok got the 10 episodes and started watching it last night, I am at episode 1, I find it very confusing, it goes from the taxi driver to this women, to some child, there is back and forth and it is super confusing, and then the main character dreaming in the beginning (?) it's all over the place, so far it's nothing like the other series where the story is clear, and this weird annoying music they put, I dunno so far the 7.4 IMDB rating is overrated, I will keep watching, but based on what I see so far it's not so good I mean guy dreams of "PIGS" and thinks he is gonna win lottery, what is this ? am I missing something ? was the person who wrote the script for this series a raging drunk ?

Oh they will recover just as fast as they did during the pandemic, you would be surprised what country politicians would sacrify in order to reach goals. Look at Russia, and will they recover from this, sure...so will China - the implications for these countries to go to war economically is far less than if Canada or US or France or UK went to war, they tend to recover the first and much sooner. If Ukraine loses, China and company will see this as an opportunity. It's all a domino effect. Some countries are willing to make these sacrifices. Look at Canada and province of Quebec, this is one of the provinces in Canada that wants to F*CK off from Canada as they do not recognise the constitution, they never did officially sign it apparently, so now they want out and willing to fight for their independence - but at what cost, 15-20 years or more of economic turmoil, and they know it, their past leaders knew it and warned against it, at least one of their leaders was transparent - so you see, they are willing to fight for a cause at the cost of consequences, but once those consequences come to pass and dust settles, they come out stronger usually and recover. So economic consequences would not deter China at all, it would actually be an opportunity for investors to become rich.
