I have described where is heaven to people who believe in it but even they did not understand they only understand the word HEAVEN
You think we are in hell with all that is happening around the world - I hate to disappoint you, but we aren't - I think earth is purgatory, it's that place between heaven and hell, despite all the shit happening today on this planet, we are far from hell even if there are people living in hellish misery, they are not in hell by definition. Some people claim to live a life of suffering, still not hell, hell is something far far FAR worse with no possibility for things to get better, here on earth we live in purgatory, a purgatory where you can still live a decent f*cking life if you are wealthy or a criminal / politician (same thing). and if you are not wealthy you can still count your blessings because hell is far far far worse beyond anything you can imagine.
Now back to the topic
BREATHING - Tasman1's information is incomplete. For an adult, the normal breathing rate is BETWEEN 12 and 20 per minute. For infants it is 30 to 60. Let's talk about adults now, 12-20, this is a NORMAL range, you are not going to explode or die if you go outside this range - this is a normal range
AT REST that rate will be much higher if you are exercising, under stress, shagging or have other health conditions.
Now let me count me breathing to see if it's in the normal range: 18 .... So I am in the normal range - this number can fluctuate greatly depending on many things and your general health conditions - as long as your organs and brain (at least for those who have one
) is getting enough oxygen to function, people should not worry
Same goes for heart rate, a typical rate for men is 70-100, BUT some athletes can have very low rates like in the 40s-50s, and with excellent vitals. The more you are fit and in shape, the less rate. People who are athletic, in shape and relaxed in general (ahahaha yeah like this exists in 2024 AYE ?
) those people have a low heart rate and breathing and they are functioning just as well....
