it means ubos na, na-abot mo na ang limit mo or naabot na nila ang kailangang work sa certain region.. halimbawa: may nagpagawa nang task tapos gusto niya 1000 per country lang makakakuha.. so kapag naubos na 1000 na yun, di ka na makakakuha nun..

You can actually calculate it by looking in the HOMEPAGE...

If you note the no. of members on a day and then subtract it with the results the next day that will be the no. of members signed up on that day.. About average, you can't actually know it, unless you have been calculating the no. since the beginning..
