I asked Admins because they adviced us to use Microsoft Security Essentials (free) and a good firewall. It is not a general rule that a free package is bad or worse. I believe a paid product should be better ! Until now I used Bitdefender BIS 2012 but it consumes too many ressources and I have 760 M/ RAM only.
