I just recall RealWords Photos I had was a Trial version and the trial period expired these days.

This was one of the companies I must decide it is owned by some other company. I just choose No without running the searches I mean, who would buy such a company

Well, time passed and here we are, after exactly 6 month since I join this great site.

I'm not one of the top winners on this site, but I'm very happy with what I've got.
I also want to thank all my active refs and I'm happy I could help some of them.

How does it sound to you 24% when buying a $10-20k car? How does it sound 24% when you hardly get the money to buy a new house?

Somebody, financial guy, was saying it would be more easy to pay taxes on spendings instead of paying on income.

I think it's just a matter of timing - like with the VAT - as a company you have to pay the VAT at the time you release the invoice not when you actually got paid. On the other hand, you can deduct spendings only at the time you actually paid, not at the time you receive the invoice. Small triks for gov to get the money asap
