You mean setting it ahead one hour which means we will all lose some sleep. But meh, as long as the days are way longer, I'm happy. God knows I really dislike going off about my day and by 5pm, it's dark.
OMG. What happened??? That is a hell of a lot of snow.
Makes me think something terrible is wrong with a country like Canada where I am, 'cause there is no snow on the floor whatsoever where I live. I guess mother nature sent it all over there.
Wow, 82 and into computers? And yeah like said, most elderly believe books and by-hand writing is the best form of media and dislike technology with the exception of TV. I have a 70 year old grandmother working at a medical laboratory, where her everyday job duties demand the use of a computer to key in information, and she recently bought a computer for her own leisure at home. I showed her must of everything hot about the internet and now there she is on the time she has to spare at home, logging into Facebook to talk with family and friends across the world and watching YouTube videos of church services and places she grew up when she was young. Every now and again, she calls me up over the phone and asks for advice and stuff. I think it's cool.
Bad lucked Leap Year. Right when there has been no major snow and hasn't been cold much at all since the beginning of the year, it decides to turn from Spring into Winter. But wow, people born on February 29 sure are YOUNG By numbers that is.
Completely rocked to the core right now. Whitney Houston, one of the best soul singers of all time, is gone from this world. I was minutes from eating dinner when I caught it on CNN and probably got a half belly full right there in just utter disbelief. I mean she's only what? 46 years old? But many incidents in her past surely played a factor in her untimely passing. I also know everyone has their time to go, but it's just really shocking when they go so early. RIP Whitney Houston.
