yes sbi and any bank listed in this link --> Rbi's list of banks are accepted by paypal. you just need to add your bank to paypal by means using your bank name, bank account number and the NEFT IFSC code. just let us know here if you need assistance in any of the procedures

yes i benefit alot i should say my monthly expenditure falls well within what a post paid broadband connection would cost. but it also has the downside when it come to speed. for me its worth it since my usage requires only limited speeds but if you are a heavy user, then there will be no difference.
