you can upgrade your account to premium once you have accumulated 17$ or you may prefer to buy premium using any of the payment processors.

it's never possible for clixsense or other members to upgrade your account to premium .you can upgrade with you'r earning or you may contact you'r sponsor(the person who referred you;made you join to clixsense) to get help on upgrading .you sponsor has the power to upgrade your account if he wishes to .

to contact you'r sponsor view your Account summarypage for details .

look for his/her info such as email address in order to contact them for your request.

you can find it here .it will look like this in your Account summarypage.

no you can not apply for paypal with a debit card .but during sign up process of paypal just skip the debit/credit card verification .instead go for providing the bank account details .check your bank passbook for your Account number and there are certain codes to be entered for your sbi bank (branch) .search google for your particular ISFC code or whatever code it may ask. double check everything before submitting.

No special requirements needed for applying a PAN card in INDIA . just take a proof(driving license,ration card photocopy and two passport size photo's is enaough). just consult where the office for apply for PAN card is in your city with your colleagues or you may manually search it in yellow pages .The amount for applying varies between 110-170 Rupees and after you have applied it takes 15days to reach your home. After that you can apply for Paypal and the verification process takes another 5days .so everything takes about 20 days .
