let me make this easy for you:

*As a standard member you need to accumulate a minimum 8$ in your account before you can request a cashout

*now you have a balance of 12.82$ which makes you eligible for the cashout

*cashout is made possible by four modes paypay,payza,Liberty Reserve& of course an International check.

*In India many people prefer paypal

*the minimum cash you have to accumulate for paypal & payza is 8$

*for liberty reserve it's 15$ &
gvsw
*for requesting a international check it's 100$

so considering all the possiblities i may recommend you to open a paypal account if you dont have one because of the fact Liberty reserve is 15$ and payza is practically impossible to receive the money into india if you don't have a credit card & you may omit the international check option since the minimum cashout is 100$ .
