I see what you are saying Eddie and I thought to myself that there is always the chance someone else may click them and think they may be ok or work for them and end up in the same situation as the poster which no one wants.

He is correct no where in the forum rules does it say no links:

Forum Rules | ClixSense Forum

The only thing I see that has even a little bit to do with that is this:

8. The moderators reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

But if it is not someone advertising to get themselves referrals and so on then the links should be allowed...correct?

I am asking because I am also wondering about this because there is no clear answer to this in the forum rules.

For those who may be wondering here are the names of the items (in order) that jjohnson777 was discussing against in his post above:

Most of mine look like a teeny tiny blur of light or like there is 3 moons because I moved the camera a tiny bit when clicking. It is supposed to have the auto thingy that keeps it from doing that but most pics in the dark do that if I move the camera at all.

My neighbors down the road have chickens, geese and ducks and so on and although his geese and ducks always go back home they come out in to all of our yards and eat our grass...at least it looks as if they are eating the grass...lol! They are not very nice though. My daughter was out riding her bike one day and I was coming home from the opposite way and had to wait 10 minutes for the 15 geese and 10 ducks to move out of the road so I could pass but when my daughter passed them on her bike and stopped to talk to me all the geese yelled at her and started going towards her...she just took off real fast...hahahaha!

It is funny you mentioned this...my daughter was just wanting to go ride her bike and it was beginning to get dark and her brothers did not want to go so I said no which she knew I would but asked anyway. Well she threw a little fit about needing to get her exercise in for the day and after explaining that she had all day and should not have waited until almost dark to decide to go I explained to her that she can jog in place or dance...dance is a big one...Im not sure what it is with her not understanding that any thing that gets your heart rate going is exercise...I told her than when we sit to watch tv (which we do for about an hour each evening) if she got up and danced or moved around like a nut during each commercial by the end of an hour show she would have gotten a nice amount of exercise in but she just doesnt seem to get it...lol!

Right now I am babysitting for a friend who is an LPN (I know how rough the hours are). I babysat while she was in school for it and now am babysitting while she works in the ER. 11-11 shift which is more like 10:00am-12:00am and sometimes much much later. Plus she works every other weekend. I have been doing all the classes I can online while I do this for her because even working in her field she has very poor money management and cannot afford daycare else where BUT after the summer and fall semester I will be starting on my computer science degree and I really want to take some of the classes at the school so she is going to have to find someone else to babysit. It honestly is the hardest thing I have ever had to do babysitting her 3 young boys (2, 5 and 7) and trying to keep up with my school work which is why I didnt do it when mine were all younger. I was just telling her today that after the summer I am no longer going to be able to do it because it puts way too much stress on me to take care of my kids (who are in tons of sports and super active in the church, the community and so on), hers and do my work and get the grades I want to get. I love her and her boys to death but without myself and her grandparents to watch the boys to help her get through school she never would have made it so thankfully she understands where I am coming from.
I am also thinking when I start on my computer science degree I am going to start taking summers off. Most moms I know are like I cannot wait for school to be out so I can sleep in and blah blah blah but for me I never get to sleep in during the summer because the summer is even more busy for the kids than the school year...lol!
I love taking classes and for the most part have enjoyed them all but I do look forward to the day when I have completed my schooling.

My plans right now for the moment are to finish my classes in computer programming database and then go on to get my associates degree in computer science...I do not necessarily need the schooling to do what I am planning on but it helps plus I always promised myself when my kids were old enough to more or less take care of themselves that I would go back to school and last year was that time...I did it...yay...lol! My plan is to be a computer tech from home. I know so many that do it and earn so much. My moms comp. tech gets paid 50.00-70.00 an hour and he does every thing from his home/comp through remote assistance where they can watch every thing is he is doing while sitting right in front of their own comps. He is of course licensed and obviously very trusted and does a great job so this is what I am striving to do but I cannot predict the future and am not sure how it will all actually play out except that I will finish my schooling no matter what.

What new movies are you waiting to see? » Post #15

Sun Mar 25, 2012 13:32 in General Talk

In this little town I moved to about 6 years back we have a theater that has two separate theaters so only 2 movies can show at one time but it is only 6.00 per person and that is with a soda and popcorn. If you do not want the soda and popcorn it is only 4.00.
I had lots of movies in mind that are about to come out that I want to see and as soon as I started typing this I forgot every single one of them...LOL!
Snow White is at the redbox now and I went and got The Muppets last night and forgot all about grabbing Snow White so if it is there when I return The Muppets Ill be picking it up. =)

I was just recently talking to my kids about downloading movies because I used to always download movies once they hit dvd from torrent sites and had been doing this for the past 8 years. btjunkie was the main site I used which has since closed down because they were coming after them so hard. My internet company shut my net off because I downloaded Footloose so I had to take it up town to get it searched by a licensed computer tech to prove the movie and no torrent downloading program was on my comp before they would turn it back on so I have since stopped. I always looked at it like when we buy or even rent a movie we let lots of our friends watch it or our kids friends watch it with them and so on and there is nothing they can do about that yet when it is shared through the internet it is wrong which seems dumb to me but I guess I can kind of see where they are coming from but either way it is definitely not worth not having my internet over especially when I can go rent the movie from a redbox for a 1.20.

Yep thats the song but the original writer and singer of the song was Harry Chapin from the album Verities & Balderdash. It was based on a poem written by his wife. I always thought it was Cat Stevens to until looking it up one day after being told that I was wrong...lol!
