My games don't work. I play the mini tower defense all the time but now it wont load. Usually an ad will run then after the ad it will say play or whatever. But now the ad won't even load. Any suggestions?

I am unclear as to how I move up in levels. I have 12 total refs and 2 of them are at level 2. I don't know how they got to level 2.
Can someone explain how to go up in levels?
