It's not a bug. The blue tick means that tasks/offers are not completed, but is not required to get your bonus, since you got 10 tasks or 2 offers already.

I have made almost 11 dollars in almost 3 weeks here at Clixsense! A high majority comes from the awesome tasks that I get everyday, but unfortunately I miss them sometimes due to school . However, i'm quite confident that I will make alot of money, considering that I was lucky enough to win .50 on Clixgrid on my third try when I signed up.
