You should not have paid that. I get those mails too but they are not from Paypal or an International Business Center.
They are scam emails. If you look at them carefully you can see that they are not from paypal but from peypal. There are also spelling errors.

Well, I have tried to recruit my friends and family but nobody is interested. They allready have a good income and don't want to spend the time for a few extra dollars.

If you advertise on a ptc site you can get all sorts of referrals. Some are really active and some do nothing and everything in between. But most of them are clicking the adds regularly. But not many people doing tasks and offers.

What I do is advertise my Clixsense Affiliate page on other PTC sites. A few days ago I got 22 referral for $38,- I also post my Affilate page on my Facebook page and sometimes on Twitter.

You have to wait till it says "Video completed", but the last week it doesn't work very well.

The video (picture) with the world map and the pins doesn't complete. No matter how long you wait.

I got 21 direct referrals by advertising my affiliate splash page on Neobux. It is the fastest way but it is not cheap.
