Got ankle knee fractured and bone dislocation

On july13 doctor done surgery and fixed bone with screws

Yesterday went to doctor he said healed

Start some ankle exercise and come after one month

Hurted

Yes agreed many many Thanks to my family

Doctor said for one month keep your leg on pillow and don't keep on ground

After one month he will do x-ray and see then to walk

This situation of leg is for the first time in my life since childhood I have not fallen nor hunted my leg

Full time I'm on bed

I go to washroom with help of Walker

It's very difficult to manage many things without leg movement and also life becomes fully dependent on family members
