Earlier i made my account there and did two or three surveys and collected some money in my account after that i got no new surveys for long and again when i got some surveys and i thought to complete saw my account was again in O balance then i stopped doing any survey there even getting log in.

What is happening here is unknown, very rarely we get surveys these days.

Just a short aside here, after I read your post, I cashed out, clicked a few ads, then added that amount to the cashout request. It's working. There isn't a need to cancel your request before you add earnings after cashout. Unless something isn't working correctly in your account. If that's the case, maybe you should contact someone through the Help Desk to check it out for you. Just a suggestion.

Yes you are right now it is started working after first cancellation but it was not working before. my payment is still pending but i am able to add amount .
