Flash is already on android and PPAPI is bundled in chrome, the default browser for most phones. PPAPI flash and freshplayer on linux for non-webkit browsers has been the way to go for quite a few years now on the desktop.

But if Adobe feels like they can maintain both versions of the plugin, more power to them. Users are going to stick with whichever one outputs lower resource usage and better performance.

On another note, I once had a puzzle with 2 cats, and got that one wrong. But like I said, no biggie, I just got the next one right.
