i usually (only) put something on paper when planning something, both "type based" plan and doodle (image/ sketch), or simply a note (as reminder). usually, only things that are cannot be "recorded easily" on my PC (for the sake of hand's free will, and i do not have pen tab). but the rest are saved on my hdd, structured and organized.
some people with rapid mind uses voice recorder, taped it.

when you able to put your mind into something else, writing (written words) in this case, your mind tend to be calm because you understand that you know and realized (aware) of the problem you are facing (hence you write it) and you have some... sort of destination (e.g what to do next, what you need) and reason; or at least you aware that you have problem to solve and trying to figure out to solve it.

i have notebooks contain random words and sketch, scattered; from my gaming days (i plays a long adventure rpg, endless managerial games and rts). most of the time, i need to put something (a note) to keep track of my life in game. if anyone writes blog, diary, poetry, book, novel or anything else (including drawing, painting, sculpting, engineering and so on) are the same matter.

as you mentioned above, communication eases your mind and calm it. it is something what human need. even if you live alone and know other human, you will start talking to yourself with your own language. and usually, people are stressed or feel unpleasant as they are lack of knowledge and understanding of the matter they are facing. when you can see and speak "problem" as "matter", you will less stress.
everyone communicate with themselves almost every time, it is "thoughts"

mesti agak cepat ngerjain kegiatan yang menghasilkan duit, jadi dapatnya juga agak cepat. sarannya cari tau dulu programnya (clixsense) dan jangan berkhayal.

it is network problem, yours or theirs (advertiser). but like wise (as mentioned above), as long as you get credited, then it's okay.
