You want to add person that is already a member to be your referral if I understood corectly.
If that person doesn`t have sponsor, he or she should send ticket to ClixSense and tell them that he wants you for his sponsor. Or vice versa, if you want to become someone else referral.

Maybe you should check with Clixsense about that first just to let them know, so it wouldn't be any misunderstanding. You can`t really delete your account you can just close it, you information will stay inside Clixsense after closing it.
