Fraud Scams

Samplicio. us invited me for the survey of "Project Id - 65250" , I just clicked on the survey link, when it was available since 21 seconds. When I clicked, I was selected for further stage. "Global Test Market" survey engine loaded and asked me a question. But after this, they redirected me to a page, and it contained a message "Thank you for your interest but it seems you have already finished this survey."

If so happened, then why did they invite me to the survey?
Isn't it their misbehavior and fraud with people?

How can the "The survey quotas may have been filled while you were taking the survey" , I got the survey just 6 minutes before. How can the survey quota be filled within this much time?

If "Our sponsors are looking for specific demographic information" and "Our sponsors are researching a specific topic or product" , then why did they invite me to take the survey?
