1. Surveys are the ones, which you get through invitation. The surveys of the 4 survey panels namely, CINT, YourSurvey, OpinionWorld, OpinionSurveys are also considered as surveys.
The offers, provided by the offerwalls are offers.
You can see your history of these Surveys and Offers by offerwalls in Survey section. Both of them are called Surveys together.
2. If there is any survey available, you can get and complete surveys, when you access them. There is no guarantee that if you access them, you will get survey anytime. It depends upon the availability of survey. That's why it is recommended to check them, every time you log in.
3. According to me TrialPay and OfferToro both are genuine and best.
