Sounds really interesting ;)

In May, June, July, August, The temperature was mostly below 20 degree celcius,And from the 2nd of september to the 11th it was completely clouded with nearly non-stop rain (9 days in a row).

I think the Danish weather institute (DMI) is one big scam)

Only had a couple days in the 90 degree Fahrenheit-range (srry, don't know Celsius) and now we should be in the 60s, but this week, all week, it's supposed to be in the 80s. The western half suffered with very high heat, over the 100s a lot of days. It was a very wet summer, though, with rain almost every other day. i hope winter won't be snow every other day. That'll be a mess.

90 degree fahrenheit is 32.2 degree celsius (this is about as high as it can be for a Danish summer)

Your summer sounds much like the one i had, Very few days without rain and clouded 90% of the time.

Everyone seems to forget that these atrocities were also commited long before there was anything called television, Violent computer games and so on.

Wanna go back to the dark middle-age? Well be my guest.

This is nothing new in the history of mankind, Back before the television and digital era these crimes were mostly un-noticed by the majority, Now everyone knows about it.

Ha ha, Yes i definitely miss global warming :D

What a laughable bad summer we had in Denmark, Not a single day with temperatures above 25 degrees (It hasn't happened in nearly 40 years), Right now it feels like late autumn.

Yesterday the area i live in was flooded by massive amounts of rain (Must have been very local), I was outside when i heard the first thunder crack and hurried home (That was a good decision) :D

It took only 10 minutes before the streets became the new venice, It's not all bad though as i think these experiences gives you a better insight in how it must be in other parts of the world (where it's much much worse.)

The kids sure had fun :D

Yes!! Of course i care, but what should i say besides "Stay safe" I think it's pretty random when it comes to casualties in these kind of events.

These kind of disasters is like a foreign world to us scandinavians, I think last time we had a hurricane is over 20 years ago, And that was kind of weak and not specially frightening.

These are tragic events and making 20 post's about it dosn't make it better, Stay safe everyone and don't take any unnecessary risk's (But how am i going to judge that).

Red cross managed to squeeze 30$ out of me on my doorstep yesterday (They know i can't say no,Damn little runts)

And NO!!, I don't think it's the end of the world (It will come someday)

Who knows really?

In year 12017 everything can happen, We fold space like a sheet of paper and go right through it, Because we are living organism's we deconstruct our dna at departure and reconstruct it again when we arrive.

Of course! machines will arrive long before we do, If anyone is interested in space exploration, Here is a link to a docomentary from NGC (I've seen it 5 times).

if fate is so let it happen and anew world be created where only kindhearted people with no jealousy, enimity or greed exist to make the world a better place to live :)

no jealousy, enimity or greed

I think that's impossible, It's a part of us and will always exist within us, These features are also present in animals but based on instinct.

ohhh , heck , and I was thinking all the time that We are in black hole

Something worse than that will happen,I read in a astrophysics journal that in four billion years the milkyway and andromeida galaxy will collide, scientists have created an animation in which you can see the two galaxy's approaching each other it shows the speed at which it is getting closer and the distance between the two so when you calculate it gives you the time four billion years to collide a huge supernova will take place, the life of the sun left is 6.5 billion years ,so before life of the sun ends the supernova will happen.

Cool, I love astronomy.

We need to reach interstellar space and find us a new galaxy then, Yes there are a lot of theories to end life on this planet, But maybe it dosn't have to come from the outside.

Study from 2014 shows that the earth's magnetic field is getting weaker which could cause apocalyptic nature disaster's in a scale we've never seen before, If we survive them we could be faced with a very weak ozon layer causing radiation sickness on a global scale (This will also slowly be the end for all of us).

There are so many theories, So let's hope for a happy one. Humans will colonize other planets in other galaxies (THE END) :D

i guess wer'e better off than a lot of other countries, But like every other country, Denmark and particularly Copenhagen has it's problems.

If you're going to visit Copenhagen sometime in the future, Make sure to visit other areas than just the inner city where everything looks like an H.C Andersen adventure and the crime rate is near 0% (Most tourists only get to visit that part) and comes home with a very one-sided look of our capital, Of course there's no crime when people living there can afford to pay rents from 2000-4000$ a month.

Take the bus to Nørrebro or the northwest region of the capital if you want to see what Copenhagen also looks like when you don't have a lot of money (I guess it's the same story in most capitals), 14 days ago we've had gangs shooting at each other and killing 2 innocent citizens.

But again Denmark must look like a paradise for many people, Everyone has money, And even if they don't work they'll stil get enough to make a living and even make a savings account, We shouldn't really complain, But we should also remember taking the fight to make sure it will stay this way.

You don't find any brochures about Nørrebro and Nothwest in our tourist information centers  (That's for sure)

thank you nikroj for this information; I am very happy with the people of your country from the informations I have gained. like Indians I have great affection towards people of Denmark ; it is a beautiful and courteous country with rich heritage ; no doubt I'll visit the country in thr near future

And Indians are so nice and polite ;)

A Indian guy once found my lost smartphone and called my father to find out where i lived, Then he travelled to the other end of copenhagen to deliver it, I had to force a box of chocolate on him because he stubbornly refused getting anything for it :D

we are such a nice bunch (It's good for the economy) , My opinion of Americans is that people are very open and helpful, While Danes are a bit more closed and reserved.

Once in a while we do attend this American/Danish reunion with my big brothers American/Danish wife on the 4 of july.

It's kind of mixed here in Copenhagen. Festivals for young people tend to be about making money, While festivals/events for the mature audience is more about the cultural experience.

1 event i keep coming back too every year is Copenhagen culture night which Certainly is not a profit maker for the city, you pay 20$ for a armband and get free access to everything (As long you're not buying anything from a regular store of course!!)

Copenhagen's annual Culture Night kicks off the autumn break in Copenhagen and offers children and adults hundreds of cultural events in just one night.

Experience Copenhagen in a different light and see places you will not normally get access to, when hundreds of museums, churches, exhibition halls, art galleries, humanitarian organisations, political and cultural institutions open their doors to their secret rooms, basements, towers, and cultural events on this one night only. Whether you wish to experience the supreme court, parliament or simply take a stroll in the streets - Culture Night is simply beautiful.

Culture Pass

Your ticket is the Culture Pass, which is a badge that gives you free access to all Culture Night events and free public transport on buses, trains and metro in the Capital Region.

You can buy the Culture Pass at most train stations, all 7-Eleven kiosks in the Copenhagen area, and in libraries and many cultural institutions.

The whole city is an integral part of Culture Night, and the range of cultural institutions and venues mirrors how versatile Copenhagen is. There are hundreds of events for all ages, so do not hesitate to bring the kids to Culture Night in Copenhagen.

This is my favourite event in Copenhagen but Sadly it's only for 1 night, If you're running really fast you'll get to experience about 5% of everything, If you don't get lost of course :D
