This is not something you'll normally see on Clixsense, one of the members even withdrew 7$ (10 $ is minimum) from clixsense and received 6,50 in her Payza account

I don't like the term "Charity" at all and it only shows how unbalanced the worlds economy is, But if his words are true he will give his entire fortune away when he pass on, That's what makes him special.
