If you are let say small business owner let say coffee owner

You can take 100 people and you must have minimum 70% full to just survive will you open it if you can have now only 25 in ?

Same for any business , can you operate jumbo airplane for 500 people but now you can take only 100?

I don't get your logic Tasman.

Yes!! as a business owner i would open up for just 25 people (at least it is making you some money instead of a big fat 0)

2 coffee shops :

The one on the right have customers that are all vaccinated/tested negative for covid-19.

The one on the left don't have any requirements of any kind

Which one would most people choose (onlu 1 guess).

An example from Denmark coming up!!, This summer's biggest festival /Roskilde festivallen) Have already decided they will take all the measures they can to prevent any from entering without being 100% sure they are not infected, That will mean either a negative test or 2 shots of a vaccine.

Imagine a disaster if there suddenly came a major outbreak of covid-19 and they had to shut it down, These precautions will be followed by all other major events when they are allowed to reopen.

Huurahh, The reply button worked ???, Or maybe the system is preventing me from conversing with radicalized persons as Darkstar (Just kidding of course)

Yes i know!!, But is it symbol politic or governments morons that generate the outcome of these decisions (I choose the 1st option).

What i fear more than the pandemic is a back-pedalling government government that makes irrational decisions based on fear while S....... in their pants.

We need the wise decisions and those that limits the number of infections, But our government new policy is based on what could happen not what actually might happen (imagine if we based our society on these principles in general  )

This a reply to Tasmans post, For some odd reason i can't reply to peoples topics (or at least it's not shown as a reply)

I actually want to challenge your opinion a bit here :D

Social media are always more or less dictating the majority of the public opinion, But try to imagine the situation after we have gotten more control of the pandemic and everyone can start breathing again.

If you were a business owner(that could be a restaurant/night club or even a flight company), Would you not do your outmost to make sure your customers felt safe and kept using your service?? (here i am of course talking about private businesses).

Would you as a owner of a flight company risk a lot of people getting infected on board of your plane??, Not only will you receive bad press, You will also lose customers as people will feel unsafe. I can promise you that it will be the same for all big events both outdoors and indoors.

Who is talking about the politicians part in this???, Have you been on social media lately???

The public court have already made their decision, At least it's the way things are going here.

Don't question anything, And god forbid that you have any form of critical thinking on how the lockdown is fair or not?

Soccer matches with a lot of sweaty players getting in close contact : Absolutely no problem
People flying in and out of the country without isolating
Giant supermarkets the size of warehouses with thousands of people
Physiotherapists/dentists etc. in close contact with a lot of people every day
Crowded public transport with lots of people (forget all about 2 meters distance, Closer to 10 centimeters)

My working place : 2 employees with about a distance of 4 meters to all of our customers

At the moment we are trying to get our numbers down so we can maintain the lockdown when the English mutation is taking over.

People who decline the vaccine will more or less be outcasts of society, And at some point they will be kind of forced to take it anyway!!

Without your vaccine pass you are branded a traitor to the rest of society, And most certainly banned from taking part in a lot of things.

Kind of scary!! really.

What a weird name for a movie, but then I did some research and finally figured out it was a Swedish movie, not available on prime or netflix, but I managed to find it "some place else", but it has Swedish audio, there is no way I'm watching a foreign movie with English subs, unfortunately I do not understand Swedish at all, so I'll pass though the story is exactly the type of movie I'd like to watch but I'll pass, I'm a little Rusty on my Swedish

Ah come on.

How do you think it is to be a Dane and have to watch 90% of all movies with English/American language :D

You will get used to it after a while ;)

Oh My, Dawn Wells dies of Covid » Post #8

Thu Dec 31, 2020 07:51 in General Talk

My little brother got Covid-19 and had to cancel Christmas with the rest of us, 2 days after that he was put in intensive care at a hospital in Sweden. Thankfully it was not as bad as they first assumed, And he got to leave already a couple of days later.

The 26th of December i also thought that i might (finally) had contracted the damn disease, Turned out to be the regular flu as i usual manage to contract between Christmas and new year.

Nahh!! it's not politicians who are behind this, It's BILL GATES. I mean!! the man is retired from Microsoft and got a bit bored and wayyy to much spare time on his hands, I would not be surprised if Jeff is also involved.

I would normally disagree with you there, BUT since Biden will be in power, the scenario is more likely, I guess all we can do is hope for a less shitty year, fair enough - we know that 2021 won't be a NORMAL year still, I think the worst is yet to come, hopefully though we can see some light at the end of the tunnel, and I'm not talking the light caused by nuke bombs :P

Oh!!, The amount of fireworks being fired in the inner city makes you feel you're in a bloody war (Not even Cocid-19 can change that) :D

Getting to the nearest 7/11 and back without losing an eye and 2 limbs is considered a success.

Just deep fry them and get free dinner [ saving 60 bucks or 600 survey ]

Maybe a substitute for biscuits, Or french fries.

Not all of them (I need some company for Christmas).

That is a good idea!! Val

I already attached small name tags on them, But they so damn hard to read from a distance.

Alternatively i could train them to go shopping for me :D , Nothing strange in a flock of insects doing grocery shopping

Later on they could also serve as a food supply if i am low on biscuits (Crunch)

I already bought a whistle.

Yes!! staying safe on the net can be difficult at times, I have experienced it myself a couple of times.

Once i paid for an upload service from a company i couldn't find any info about, 1 week later i was almost 40.000 DKK poorer (but it was damn cheap  ), Got my money back though after some wrestling with my bank.

Ahh!! the days of helping my father removing crawling worms from his monitor screen is long gone, He made a wise decision of upgrading windows 2000 to windows 10   (A huge leap, But clever)
