From what I've seen in the forum, it's not uncommon for American residents to have that many ads.

I did have one survey from GTM that was offering a $35 bonus if my answers were very detailed and specific, so I spent quite a while on this survey to get to the final page and find the site was currently down. I contacted GTM (never receive anything back) and I contacted Clixsesnse to be told the provider hadn't yet issued payment to them and if I qualified and they receive it, they would credit the amount.

Some months have passed and I still haven't seen it, would be a nice surprise If I did but it's doubtful.
