They would normally be most inactive under best circumstances also, except on ponzi scheme sites or sites where there is guaranteed income, even if the site is a screaming scam or temporary - they are still popular sites.
As to finding referrals like the committed ones here (people like myself and Tasman1, etc...) those are very rare, it would take massive desperation to remain committed to a site that is in a steep decline and going down the toilet, with over 70-80% reduction in potential since its launch. The best time to have active referrals is when there were daily recurring tasks on crowdflower, the fair type, without flags or unfair correction bullshit, those were the good old days. Now with most good routers closing down, and survey publishers leaving platforms, leaving mostly surveys for CEOs and business executives, and tasks declining to their own merger, there's pretty much nothing left.
Understand your frustration with the site. Been there, done that.
Why I felt to do some advertisement is ... I don`t know Is just like, did`t do any for a long time, gonna take shot. It`s 15 $, gone, keep walking
Got all together 41 affiliates. None active at the moment, that can change anytime. Maybe I just got few Darkstar2 and tasman1 Hope so, anyway.
Anyhow, to do review quickly for last year. Changing from clixsense to ysense, looks like did not affect me at all.
I, even scored the record high earnings for last year( mean 2019), 1997 $. 3 $ short from 2 K.
Keep rolling, keep trying, keep breathing
Happy New Year, folks!

there are cheaper scripts that won't take various urls because it does
break out of their frames.
My GUESS is, you are attempting to advertise the url within a common
scripted traffic exchange or a scripted ad exchange.
My suggestion to you would be to try the following:
Option 1 : Go to a free short redirect url such as tinyurl.com and try
that to see if that url breaks the frame where you are attempting to
advertise.
Option 2 : Build a Splash Page and place your ref url or short redirect
url on the splash page. Advertise the splash page. For example EasyHits4U
has a free splash page builder.
Keep In Mind Blocks : If a website blocks a website and/or blocks content
of said website and/or blocks country specific web pages, the page you
advertise will not display, result in error, or give white page.

There is something wrong with the ySense affiliate link here.
When i test the link directly in my browser it will appear completely correct , but if i try to advertise it on an ad page it will only show up a blank / empty page and the ySense affiliate link will not display correctly.
When i try to advertise the ySense affiliate link on an ad page where i have always advertised the CS affiliate link without any problems , then the ySense link does not work there.
When i asked an owner of an ad page what this problem might be , he looked at the ySense link and responded as follows ;
( cut )
"Yes, I can confirm what you say.
It appears that this lnk is viewable but not in a frame.
There are many known links that refuse to exist in a frame such as FaceBook and Amazon links.
Sorry , but there is nothing we can do to fix this.
Most ad pages sites will give you similar result."
( end cut )
So the ySense affiliate link doesn't work on most ad pages , sites where i've never had a problem with the ClixSense affiliate link before.
@ Valerie
If you have the opportunity to forward this to an Admin , that would be great.
I addressed this issue in the Support Forum in August , but have not yet seen an answer to this problem.
Because if our ySense affiliate link is not working properly , it will in principle be impossible to get new members to ySense and it may not be so good for the future.
Well, I am confused now. I did`t have such a issue and the only what they were asking which were not been asked before is that the promoting website HAS to be in HTTSP format.
Apart from that, nothing else.
As Ysense is already in HTTSP ( at least in my case, in my affiliate link) no issue what`s ever.
Update on the new signing: So far got 36 new affiliates
valerie wrote: I am not sure if I have ever heard of a url frame. Of course, if this was the issue, all
you would need to do is use a short redirect url. Problem solved.
There is such a thing as a website page opening in a frame.
If this website is in a frame, then it would be denied by most traffic exchanges.
In this case you would need to create a 'teaser' page with the short redirect
url that can be clicked by the visitor. Problem solved.
I will do some testing later today and get back to you. I'll get out a couple
of my laptops....a chrome book and a windows. I'll test it on IE and Firefox,
Safari, etc.

Just wondering
Committed members for sites like these are extremely rare now, especially now that PTC element is gone, people are still obsessing over the remaining bux site, PTC site and revenue sharing crap. / ponzi scheme crap.
Again, you are right. But, to be honest, just checked and from 15 $ which I paid for advertising, still 9 $ to go, so for 6 $ I got 11 affiliates so far. Very happy Most of them will not be active but never know.
