tasman you little softy whoosh bag :D happiness defined is when a person is tension free,is satisfied with her/his other half and their relationship is truly blissful,,,,,,,,,,,,that's when i see a person really happy when there are no problems in their marriage,,i mean major ones,,little ones like,,where's my other sock? or you shut the door i did it last time :D are irrelevant things,,,,,,,,i'm talking about major man/wife agendas here....do you understand now the word 'happy'?

here it is again from google

'Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

hey my good friends,if you are in a relationship and are happy,,,,,,,,,,,,did you see there how i have separated the two? relationship is one part, being happy is another
getting back to what i was saying......and are happy, what is your secret? what do you sacrifice or do to have the minimum of problems?

personally,i think the most 3 important factors in any relationship are being loyal, understanding each others needs and compromising on everything you disagree on,,,,,the latter i find is the biggest reason why couples breakup or have problems in their relationships.

what works for you?

i think we all need to take 'da chill pill' n' chillout............by showing a good attitude towards one another this forum will go forward and strive,if people, whether mods or members or jack from Uranus start getting too personal, indirect sarcastic remarks and the rest then unfortunately this forum will lose its integrity....i mean comon guys this is the only place that links us members together and its in our hands to keep it stain free

if everyone shows a good attitude then i guarantee there will be no problems here, its only when certain people try to up their ego which will effect sum1 one way or another then tensions flare up,,sticks come out, axes get sharpened etc.

i agree totally larry, everyone needs a bit of the abnormal in their life,a monotonous life, predictable from one day to the next can really drive you suicidal...so if anyone ever calls you stupid or or silly just smile, its them that are missing out on the good times :D
