both coconut oil and vinegar are versatile, garlic has the same ingredient as aspirin a substance called allicin if im correct, good for joints, common colds and the heart...............a regular intake of a couple of cloves daily will surely improve your health in the long run ,,,,perhaps distance you from your loved one too :D

recently i been having alot of pain in my calves, probably due to standing for long lengths of times and i tried medication but did not work,so since yesterday i been putting a hot water bottle under each of my legs when going to sleep and its soothed and relaxed my muscles and really made a difference in the morning.
i would use this method from now on wherever i need a hot treatment for painful aches or joints as it really helps.

anyone else got good tips/homemade natural remedies?

. You have the right to withdraw funds from your Skrill Account at any time. However, you may be required to confirm your identity beforehand.

Will never give credit card number, do not trust anibody , just PP.......... and who is Skrill , never heard about Skrill

will try next payment from here to Skrill and see how is going, will try to widraw to my bank acc

Until now they've only asked me to validate my credit card, But yes!! you're right who knows??

I've requested a cashout just 1 hour ago, And so far no problems, I hope by the identity they mean the validating process, Still wondering if my bank would even accept Skrill???

On the positive side the withdraw fee to Skrill was only 1.20$ out of 102.20$ (Cheaper than Paypal)

But like you, I certainly don't trust any of them either.

why did skrill charge around $3 in fees almost? i did a tester of $10 from my earnings into skrill and total fees they deducted was almost $3 i had just under $7 in my bank account?

do countries varie where you cashout from?

How Do You Manage Stress? » Post #27

Thu Mar 09, 2017 02:59 in General Talk

i think if you manage everyday activities, life's ups and downs to such a degree where you are actually happy and satisfied then there really should be no stress...........nowadays life has become so hectic, work, kids, finance other innumerous things which are part and parcel of life all tend to bring wear and tear to life in general,i think a good balance of how you manage your daily routine and things should have an impact on your general overall well being.

of course there are things in life over which we have no control and stress over coz we don't know how deal with them effectively, for that i recommend a triple shot straight on the rocks and just go with the flow...... :D

ok okay this aint a solution but believe me you wont be stressing for a good few hours, which is a good thing

i agree fellow ,we have no control over our situations and what happens to us but we can take things lightly with a pinch of salt or let it get to us to the point of really depressing us,, i think a nice long walk through the park after an hour long session of screeching your head off can bring your blood pressure down...peace and tranquility is a good free remedy.

Skrill Fees $6 » Post #2

Sat Mar 04, 2017 01:39 in Hindi

my advice is use another method.

right now they took $6 in fees, wait till you transfer it to your bank account, its 7.5% more fees,so out of your total $43 you will get around $32 in your bank.

yes fees are very high and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done :(

have you tried payza or any other method?
