basically i just wanted everyone to list what they thought was their favourite invention..there is no best invention as everything invented serves different criteria ...so

my favourite is the computer,,,another is the mobile phone,,,,simple one a a carrot/veg peeler

first we must understand the meaning of invention...............ok without googling it,this is my honest understanding of an invention in my own words.


invention...........the physical creation of something from existing matter/items into something new to be used by man by enabling him to lead an easier life.
boulddrake is right in saying that the computer or the car is composed of many elements invented or discovered by many individuals ,but its that coming together of a single machine that and the purpose it fulfils in todays world.


discovering and inventing mean two different things.
the former is related to finding artifacts or anything already present in our world,we just got to dig it up or find it,,,,,,,,,,,inventing is obviously the need to produce something from an idea.

well this is my understanding,quote me if i am wrong,coz right now got a splitting headache,,,,,,,,,,need to invent a forever headache pill,that you take once and never again!

hey wombatqueen,,got a quick hummus recipe for you,,,,,,,,,,

drain a can of chickpeas,,,shove in blender,add a couple of tbsps of olive oil, a tablespoon of tahini paste,2 cloves of garlic,bit of salt and pepper,,,blitz all that up...presto u got humous !




and if you wanna make your own vine leaves i mean soft and gooey ish.....get some grape leaves from your neighbours or steal em from a vinery or grape farm,,,wash em,put in jar,fill up with either salted water or vinegar presto u got wilted leaves

if anyone wants any tips ask me,,cant say i know everything but i will try my best
