The same problem exist for me too. Received much less surveys than before .All surveys received are earlier completed ones and gets disqualified in the middle.Never have I experienced such a situation .Now I think I would quit this site in 2-3months because I would have to do surveys against my profile to get qualified for the survey .My earnings here is from only surveys and that is not fair enough now so what is the use of mongering here

lol - You are asking me to send a support ticket, really ? I'm done with support, last time they were direct with me that they have nothing more for me regarding this issue. Here is one thing that is sketchy, we have both amazon.com and amazon.ca, before we had only amazon.ca, they DID bring back amazon.com for ysense only, so they CAN bring back, and if it is problematic to have PayPal USD here without affecting it on SB, then they can have both CAD and USD here, as they do with amazon.com / .ca, I mean come on, they have shown no good will to work with us it is clear as crystal now.

They will probably fix it? I don't think they understood the message yet - that we wanted to get paid in USD as stated on the site's terms, like everyone else. They made us wait all this time only to bring back PayPal CAD, I am confused here, what did I miss !

Like I said in my original post, if this was NOT intentional then this topic is not applicable, if this was the intended outcome, then this topic applies, if we had better communication and more transparency I'd assume the best case scenario instead of the worse.

UPDATE: Even the admin made a post that it is back LIVE, I responded to that topic - Despite the REPEATED complaints they haven't understood ANYTHING and then you wonder why things are repeated here :/
We complained about PaYpal CAD, they changed it to USD, then they removed it, they brought back PayPal CAD.
We are being screwed over again.

You have said a very true fact of ysense Support here is a big blunder as of my experience .They even don't know how to deal with tickets .Work here only for oppourtunities based on luck.I feel sad on your concerns and pray for everything to turn good in the near future.

A very good suggestion.They should remove such routers which are of no use.Why wasting our time by taking screenshots and begging for money.I think y sense is getting benefited from toluna but that is not transferred to members due to some technical error and which is really absurd as the support here is a stupid affair.So better don't give us these useless surveys.

No hope that this curse will be lifted as the support here seems to me as the worst ever experienced.clicksense was the best site and due to that I have deep affection to Jim but feel sorry that he sold such a nice site to prodege which has no loyality to the members here.Thought earlier that this site would be as good as clicksense within 2-3 months after the change but nothing good is seen to happen especially the support which is getting worst day by day.I wonder what these people are concentratng on.Have they bought clicksense to destroy it or is it really a curse of clicksense ?Whatever may be it is a great blow to most hardworking members here

Yes typed bu mistake as merge it was actually verge.This month I earned only 16$ as I was lactive for only 8 days this month.I am receiving less surveys and tasks.and those received are some earlier completed surveys ,feeling bored to do that.Clicksense was an interesting place to work with all our issues solved fruitfully ,but here the support is a big zero .

I think with Jim selling clicksense this wonderful site is in the merge of destruction .Needs a good administrator as jim which is very difficult . If Jim again take over this site tben that will be a great boon to all of us.

What a pity that the earnings are obtained by submitting support ticket.This means that ysense is getting paid for the surveys from the routers like toluna but some technical error that prevents it from getting credited immediately .This problem can be easily resolved I guess but the team has no interest and want to test the patience of members

The suppott team is sleeping and dont hope they will resolve these problems .Toluna is a very good survey router it is some issue related to ysense that the problem still exist.They are not interested in solving that but interested in suspending people from taking surveys from some routers like peanut lab etc.Now we understand the mighty of beloved clicksense which was always loyal to its members.But one positive thing is that there are many surveys and tasks available here too and many are earning well.

Payoneer is active here .no problem to cash out I think.Not tried it but intend to do so at the end of the month

You can still do it on Sunday or any day, just go in the offers of RU, and do a theorem survey there, if you disqualify you will get 1 cent, sometimes it takes 2 attempts to get that 1 cent credited, as maybe the real credit is less than 1 cent and the wall is rounding it up, so even without earnings you could manage to complete your checklist requirements through something in the offer wall. Now just leave it.she had to do it because she is a moderator here.there may be some reason behind it .She is a well experienced moderator and has to go through many posts here and may have some limitations .It does not mean that she is a mean person.As far as I am concerned she has always been helpful and trustworthy .Remove the bias towards her and then you will find that she is a real relative of you.
