The CSTPH has been around with ClixSense as early as 2010, and their links serve as reference to members -- and on their main page that they clearly state two simple rules:

In regards that one may think it violates Forum Rule #2 -- it doesn't -- Forum Rule #2 is applied if any member openly posts info in regards that may, and will, come to conflict with the said rule
In a sense, their group follows the Forum rules, and the User Agreement to the letter

It's a good thing the Moderators are the ones managing the issues; can you imagine what would happen if the Admins themselves would do this -- it would either mean suspension from the Forums, or other means of action to the ones who posted ( which can fall under Forum Rule #2 )

Electronic cashouts (PayPal, Paytoo, Payza*) are processed once a week, on Wednesday afternoon, and completed before 5PM EST. This does not mean that if you submit your request at 4:55PM that you will receive it that day. This means that the cashouts will be "completed" by that time. The cutoff time for your cashout to be submitted is 11AM EST on Wednesday afternoon. If you submit it after 11AM EST then most likely this cashout will not be processed. Alternately, you may request your cashout several days prior to the scheduled cashout day if you wish as we give you the option to add funds to your pending cashout up until the time your cashout is approved.
