Saludos!

Then why have it? I'm not going to forget what I just spent a 1/2 hour doing.
It would only slow down my work if that is the case.

I think it might be meant to help you refresh the page more quickly when you've successfully completed a survey, so you can see for example if the survey has been credited (without having to go to your account main page).

Another instance, in the event that you have a list of pending surveys' invitations (which actually happens), and you complete one, you click "Yes" and that one disappears from the list; even if it's not likely that you're going to click on the same survey again, as it appears as "clicked", you could do it by mistake and then you'd loose a few seconds until you close the site, come back and click on the next survey in your list.

Cheers!

For fear of dragging the thread off topic...

They want to divide us. They want to turn us against each other, and if not cause a civil war, at least cause civil unrest. This is how all guerilla wars are fought. We can't let that happen. We must stand solid together, and that solidarity must include normal, every day Muslims, who are just regular people like you and I. The minute we start throwing rocks at each other is the minute ISIS win. The only way to honour the people to have died in this war so far is to rebuild bridges between our communities, and stand as one.

Quote:The eight bondages or snares are hatred, shame, fear, grief, condemnation, race prejudice, pride of family and smugness. Removal of the eight bondages leads to magnanimity of the Heart.

-- Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri

Even if it seemed so, I never meant to throw any rocks at anyone, I just disagree with Mohammad's statement and find it quite childish. Of course not everyone is the same and not every Muslim is a terrorist. But I don't think the solution is blaming the press; the press doesn't make up those terrorist attacks. There is a rotten core within Islamism which is the obvious reason why so many people think of Muslmis as haters. Hate is hate and violence is violence, that's what I (and any person with the slightest hint of humanity within, I guess) condemn; not the prayer or the God one prays to.

Sorry to everyone about this little off topic, by the way.

Wow, I only mentioned it once on my first year here, since I was surprised that ClixSense had sent me a Happy Birthday email... and I did it in the Spanish forum... but thanks anyway!

Edit: I've just remembered there used to be a thread where people talked about the month/date when they were born, and I contributed there, so I guess that's another possibility.

I think he has a little bit of a nerve to blame the press instead of putting the blame on the brutal acts which some of them commit in the name of their God.
