I never received that $4.66 in my account but in my checklist it says that the total earned for today is $4.67 so I don't understand why my balance at the top does not reflect this. any ideas what is going on?

So I was looking over my stats and for today it says I have earned $-1.95, what's going on with this?

So I have this referral that has been active for 3 days and I haven't received a commission for them joining and I was wondering if there was a reason for this? or maybe I didn't understand the new rules correctly...from my understanding, new referrals have to click 3 different ads on 3 different days for me to get my bonus. is that correct? And where is that button at? I requested payout and the only available option now is Cancel.

Do I have to check out by midnight tonight or can I do it tomorrow and still receive my check this month? I Don't want to wait till January but I also want to earn as much as I can before I have to check out.
