My income with ySense in 2023 was significantly less than in 2022. There were far fewer surveys and many completed ones were not paid.

Sorununuzla ilgili herhangi bir bilgi almadığınız doğru değil. Ödeme gecikmelerine, ödemelerin reddedilmesine ve hatta hesabın devre dışı bırakılmasına neden olabilecek bazı nedenleri PM aracılığıyla size bildirdim.
Özellikle, çift hesaplar bulunduğunda veya sonraki yeni kayıtlarla hesap kapanmalarında sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. Bu tür problemler, bir ve aynı Payoneer hesabı birkaç ySense hesabına bağlandığında da ortaya çıkar.

Zamknięcie konta i otwarcie nowego zwykle nie jest dobrym pomysłem. Istnieje duże ryzyko, że nowe konto zostanie natychmiast ponownie dezaktywowane. Konta, które nie są używane pod własnym nazwiskiem i płcią, również zostaną wyłączone.

Rozmawiałem z Działem Obsługi Klienta w Twojej sprawie i teraz usunęli przydział do Niemiec i przenieśli konto do Polski.

Jeśli chodzi o weryfikację tożsamości, muszę niestety powiedzieć, że ySense wymaga jej w wielu przypadkach, nawet później, gdy korzystasz z konta przez jakiś czas. Jest więc bardzo prawdopodobne, że w przyszłości nie będziesz mógł uniknąć okazania dowodu osobistego.

Es gibt leider oft Probleme mit der Telefon-Verifikation. Der einzige Weg ist, ein Ticket beim Kundenservice einzureichen.
Sie werden dir vermutlich einen Link für die ID-Verifikation schicken.

3. Klicke auf die blaue Kachel "Need help"
4. Wähle Account im Dropdown
5. Wähle "Mobile Text Verification" im Dropdown
6. Trage das Thema oben im Feld subject ein und beschreibe unten das Problem genau.

Leider dauert es einige Tage, bis man in solchen Fällen eine Antwort bekommt.

Bei mir wurden heute mehr als 50 Samplicio-Umfragen aus dem gesamten Jahr 2022 gutgeschrieben, ca. 70 Dollar Gesamtwert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass ySense die Logs von Samplicio mit den eigenen Datenbeständen abgeglichen hat und korrekt abgeschlossene aber nicht vergütete Umfragen nachgebucht hat!
