I have now submitted 2 different help tickets in the last couple weeks....and both times I got back responses that had totally nothing at all in any way with the question I asked.....making it apparent that either the people working at ysense can't read english or simply did not read the question on my ticket and simply issued a random response which is what the emails I got look like......all I asked about is why has the option in the drop down menu under surveys vanished? I had been uploading store receipts for a couple months now and no problems then all of a sudden a few weeks ago the option was gone....then it showed back up a few days later...now its gone again.....the answer I get when I asked this question from ysense support was that sometimes when you do not answer questions properly you get disqualified from surveys and they cant help with that....well thank you but I didnt ask a question at all about taking a survey....I asked a question about a total different topic...it would be nice if anyone out there could read english or took time to read a ticket....things like this are why I hardly use this site anymore...horrible to non existent customer support compared to awesome support in the old days before this site was sold
You need to seriously find better things to do with your spare time instead of wasting it worrying about what you are. Posting a complaint about tax dollars here is a waste of time...write your political leaders and then sit by waiting as the letters and complaints are thrown in the garbage and never looked at. But no sense in complaining here because the reason the Government waste tax payers dollars on this stuff is because of the type of filth that has been legally being voted into all public offices for decades.
I agree I have been working online for most the last decade in my spare time on many sites overt the years.....Clixsense was always the one I deemed my most profitable that I ever tried and it became such a good income for me that I advertised them in videos on my youtube channel and promted the site for a couple years......but now the site has fell off the face of the earth.....so to speak in my opinion ....everyday I log in I am wasting my time uness I am willing to do a survey for 40 cents that I can do on another site for $2.....its just a waste of my time.....I keep looking daily for something worth the trouble to do just to get up one last time to cash out for something I want but at the same time I really dont want to waste my time doing 20 min surveys that pay nothing.......and to the few who were claiming in this thread that the current site by far doesnt have the worst customer support.....trust me I been around....sites that are worse than this one now with customer support are sites that will almost never pay out people and come and go like the wind......there have been dozens over the years that never pay or pay every 6 months so forth so on you know the ones like Panda Research that you need $50 to cash out and then they will tell you after you get it that there was for some reason some this or that they can't pay you without you first doing 50 things that you already had to do in order to create an account in first place and then they claim it takes 6 to 8 weeks for a paypal payment to go through and swear that they sent it out but that its all paypal's fault and act like paypal has your money when you can call paypal and they will tell you those sites are lying lying lying......kinda like honestly it doesnt take but seconds to issue a payment through paypal or gift card...how do I know...I get gift cards daily from focus groups I am in my email...as soon as I earn something or cash out for something instantly I get a email with the link to redeem the gift card so on....paypal the same there are several sites right now you cash out and boom the money is in your paypal within seconds.....and any so called big company that claims it takes days or weeks simply is praying that you just forget about it and they can keep the money like a Panda ....or they are like here just refusing to take the time to bother processing the payments because they do not have a system set up like others do that will instantly issue payments for them......the fact that this site no longer offers higher paying surveys through better routers and only offers surveys now through middle men routers its a waste of time doing surveys here that if you have worked online long as me you know that cint and spectrum and opinion world so on are all just middle men and most the surveys they get you will be redirected right to yes samplico....or others higher paying sites.....to complete a survey that on many other panels you can do for several dollars more.......google search and join the ones that are harder to become a member and get surveys by mail at home or through email to complete and you will make way more money by far.....join sites that offer samplico and say so rewards.....because if your spending hours on end doing surveys through cint and these others your getting ripped off by middle men pirates takeing large cuts of what you could make doing the same surveys elsewhere.....I no longer have any referrals like years ago here with a downline so once I finally get to the balance I want to cash out once again I will no longer waste my time logging in at all or wishing that the site would be even half as profitable as it once was for me.....I am fully ready to say goodbye as soon as I get a few more dollars earned.....and when I do this time....after seeing how downhill things has gotten as the weeks go by...I wont be back...I will close my account
Honestly???? lol I want CASH PERIOD!!!!!!!! Its all I ever would be using this site or any other for.....gift cards are for kids....if you want me to spend my time doing something....time is money...period....and I want money...not a gift card....and yes there is a big damn difference.....I am not a fan of liberal elite democratic companies tying to dictate to people how they are allowed to spend what they have earned which is all they ever do here in America as they try to dictate and force slavery back onto the Citizens here by taking away their rights one by one.
If you agree to pay me $4 so a 30 min survey ...and I do it and complete it...then I expect you to pay me $4...not a card that says I am allowed to get $4 credit towards my next purchase at a store that is dictated to me by the card....you see I shop where I want to when I want to if I want to...otherwise its no ones business where I shop or how I spend my money.....frankly if a company of any kind can not afford to pay cash or check for work performed in any manner then they should not be in business period....another words if you cant pay with online with Paypal...or check by mail...then I honestly hope you go out of business and will never use your site again.
If I am going to waste my free time doing surveys on a site...they can pay me PayPal or check by mail like Clixsense always did under Jim...or I can use tons of other sites to earn online...
So if this is yet another way that a so called BETTER version of this site is going to swing to improve and all these little milenial know it alls that want their star bucks gift cards because they dont have the education to read and write their own names in this generation of America and therefore are not able to understand the concept of having a bank account and debit card or paypal account.....then fine ....just all the more reason to leave here if that happens....I still hardly use the site since I knew Jim was going to sell months ago or at least seen the writing on the wall then......reason being...I dont trust it at all now....what I have earned I figure any day I will only be able to cash out for some stupid gift card only because of the things I read on redditt .....at any point...serioulsy.....if you cant pay someone cash through paypal or check like direct deposit then by all means go out of business because you shouldnt be in business if you can't understand cash flow to run a company....sorry to be so blunt and so honest but that I believe is what the question called for and nothing offends me faster than liberal ideas of the world would be better if everyone just worked all the time to earn a damn gift card on coffee

Dude I been working online for years have seen hundreds of sites come and go and Swagbucks is in my opinion one of the most horrible sites to try to work online through because of 2 big reasons.....
1.) they wanted to dictate to me how I could get paid meaning that I had no option for Paypal or any other payment providor because instead of paying you cash they wanted you to get a stupid gift card...hell yeah I really want to waste all day long doing surveys on a site so I can use the money to only be able to shop at McDonalds....no thank you
2.) They have the same exact surveys as other sites but pay out about half the amount that other sites will pay you out for the same surveys once completed. Time is money and I work only on sites that offer good earning potential and offer a payment method where I can use my money how ever the way I damn well want to....no liberal site will ever get me to make them money and then refuse to pay me other than a stupid gift card to help out their friends at that company with of course a link tied to the gift card giving swagbucks cash back when you spend your gift card you get from them at your McDonalds so forth so on....I admit its been 2 years since I bothered to waste 5 min of my life to look at swagbucks again....but I have friends who regularly let me know that its still a bunch of trash site.....maybe you should join Redditt sir....swagbucks has one of the most horrid custmer review history of almost any survey site on their
Y is supposedly for Your as in Your Sense people are claiming which by the way makes no sense as one would need sense to make sense and this site so far since August 1st makes no sense at all.......I guess it could be changed to Y for Yuck because that would be about the truth as far as customer support now days.
I agree with so many here in many ways...I requested a cash out on the 1st....now I feel like many of you...it will process when hell freezes over ....if at all.....will check in once a week...but have already considered this site to be washed off my list of sites to earn on and I never thought that would happen after being one of my top sites so many years...but after my girlfriend talked directly to Jim himself and told me what he told her when I got home the other day.....Clixsense will never be the same....will check back here a week after today......to see if the site is fixed at all and worth even looking at.....but I fully expect that I will never see the paypal cash out request I made one the 1st ever...not now that it is no longer Clixsense and it is no longer owned by Jim. Yeah everyone has no choice but to wait to see if they get paid at all....but I sure as you know what am not doing a single survey nor offer or task here again until I do get paid period for what I already earned.....guys if you need another way to earn while your waiting...email stetsonman531975 at yahoo dot com and I can hook you up with some options you can give a try if you want. I do hope this site works out its problems and at least becomes useful to be a member of again one day.....the things that makes me the most pissed off is they have no care at all for members the way Jim always would make announcements when the site had a problem in any way...the new owners seem to enjoy keeping people in the dark and must think that is funny.....so they should expect to get the reactions they getting here in forum from most.....people react based on how they are treated....attitude reflects leadership and apparently the new owners purchased and took over the site not prepared to offer leadership to the members the way Jim did. You posted the first response I have read that I felt actually answered the question to this topic at all so I wanted to say thank you for sharing your experience and for not rambling on like so many here about other things that had nothing at all to do with Dwolla such as facebook, twitter so on. The only thing that gets me is you said you didnt have to give your bank password but that you had to open an account with Dwolla in order to receive payment. The original posts by Clixsense said that we did not have to have a Dwolla account for them to pay us through Dwolla....so now that I am aware from someone who has tried cashing out with Dwolla that you do have to create an account with them...Im done.....I spent most of last week talking to people at my bank as well as doing research about Dwolla online.....and sending in tickets asking questions to Clixsense support that my bank told me to ask. Your statement about we do have to actually create an account with Dwolla is enough for me...I will simply let all pending payments finish crediting and then do one last cash out request by check and just let it go. Its been a great site for a very long time for me way over a year and I have promoted it greatly on all my social media accounts especially my youtube channel. But my own bank didn't trust them and advised me only to use if I didnt have to give anything about anything more than my account and routing number. I live in United Sates so Payza was something I basically never used because no one takes it here that anyone shops at. Plus I only work online for cash period not prizes or gift cards. Check by mail was the main reason I worked on this site always. To me if your complaining about having to wait to get check by mail then maybe you need more income.....this is not a full time job for me nor was it ever. It has been a great supplement income in spare time so I never worried if it took a few weeks to get check by mail....the check was better than going through payment providors that either charged high fees or you couldnt trust. Anyway thanks again for your sharing of experience and for as I said actually giving an aswer to the original topic on this post and not talking just about other sites like so many did.
Hi I have had this happen in past I mean I been doing Clixsense a long time...however today I have had 3 surveys that I spent a combined 45 min doing and all 3 one of which took about 20 min to complete allowed me to do the entire survey all the way to 100% ending with final questions for classification purposes as they say in many surveys and then when I would at end click to submit my answers it would tell me that I didnt qualify for survey because their quota had been met already .......why if their quota is met already dont these companies pull surveys....or are they really lying and just claim that so they can get us to do the surveys at length fully for free.....I mean as I said happened in past a time or two over time now and then....but 3 surveys in one single day....actually in 2 hours time...all through Samplico also.....this is tiresome...time is money.....it would be nice if Clixsense could tell these companies to pull surveys when quotas are full so that your workers dont waste time working entire surveys to then find out quota was full...that cost us money because we could be doing surveys when we have the time that will actually pay and dont have quotas reached and it is costing Clixsense money because you all loose money when we waste the time we do have to work on the site on surveys that make us complete them fully for 20 min to then tell us that the quota was full already....all surveys through any providor should be pulled off their list instantly when quota is reached period...the way I see it Samplico owes a lot of people a lot of money...Clixsense as well as people working the surveys...I have made a lot of money off Samplico surveys in past but after this day....I am through even attempting their surveys since the other companies I never hardly ever have problems like this...Samplico needs to pull surveys that quotas are full or at ythe least have it say that before we waste time taking them........
Besides this I had to post about......Clixsense the site is still awesome still love using it and working through you all when my regular job permits the time....thanks for great site and happy Holiday season to you all

First I would like to thank Clixsense for offering me a way to make extra bill money each moneth and for a time a whole lot of extra money when I had more time each night to work on surveys here....however with the recent news....I must say that while I have loved working through Clixsense....and while PTC only made me an average of a dollar a month as I only did required clicks mostly to make my checklist.......and mainly worked on offers and surveys......I refuse to waste my time on tasks when surveys are way more profitable......and at the same time without the benefit I have enjoyed of being a upgraded member I will be making far less doing surveys here than I will be on other legitimate sites that I also work through at times that offer the same surveys but pay more and also pay me daily instantly through paypal........without the daily checklist bonus for an upgraded member being what it is now at 16% when I complete it...and being cut to only 10% increase that doesnt sound like a lot but that is 60 cents for every $10 earned.......I needed that 16% to justify doing surveys sometimes here compared to other sites....because of the lower payout...like Tap survey router so on...other sites the same surveys pay out more.....while I dont plan to stop using clixsense its just that this new plan totally limits more the survey routers I will use here or surveys I will attempt here due to I know what companies pay out more elsewhere ....and with a lower bonus earning potential I must as anyone would make the most I can for myself and my own family...just like your decision to eliminate PTC for the good of the site is to help you I must do what is best for myself......being an upgraded member here gave me advantages that I loved and enjoyed...loosing that now I cant see the earning potential being as good as before....and with other sites offering more money and paying through paypal instantly on a daily basis as many times a day you want to cash out...or offering payment with a check weekly so long as you have earned at least $15 or more...I am just very saddened by all that has happened to the site I loved.....and while PTC wasnt at all what I made the most money with....I did enjoy it at times as it was easy.....and also if you wasnt making money with PTC then why do it 10 years I mean I have paid for ads myself to be ran through PTC here...I know that money was made off me doing that...I didnt get to do it for free so I do believe some profit had to be made....yes there are lots of scam sites in PTC but there are fake sites all over the internet for even department stores now days....I mean people out there trying to pretend to be Target and so on now days.....I am just saddened by the fact upgraded members loose 6 total percent off our bonus.....as well as a way to add a few cents here and there in profits as well....I will still use the site and earn what I can doing what surveys I can do offered here that are not on other sites I use....but it will cause me to use the site much less without the 16% bonus.....unless payouts for tap and Global so on becomes increased to what they are elsewhere I will mainly just do Samplico offers here and Opinion Network....the other routers usually just dont pay enough to justify doing here without the 16% bonus and some didnt even with it compared to the payouts for same surveys through same routers elsewhere....I am not knocking the site at all...I love Clixsense and have forever and am always telling people about it everywhere I go....but it greatly saddens me much.....because I am loosing earning potential and must look elsewhere to compensate the loss ...as the time I do have to work online...I want to make the most of my time just the same as a company wants to make the most of its profits....thank you again clixsense for your honesty and telling us up front ahead of time these things...much respect for you...but am very saddened to hear of the decrease in earning potential for us upgraded members
In reply to gizmo42's comment above from a few weeks ago......even without facebook and not being able to do Cloudflower. If you are able to complete at least 2 offers from the offer walls each day even if they are the 1 cent offers or watching a few videos for 1 cent. If you do 2 offers you will complete the checklist requirement in that way to get a bonus daily. Also doing 2 surveys or even 1 survey and any one offer wall offer will give you the bonus requirements for that area and then all you have left is to do your clicks. hope this may help
I just noticed this thread....and I wanted to comment that I would encourage all members who enjoy earning on clixsense to try and complete the daily checklist each and every day because I have earned quite a bit of money just off the bonus. Also download to your browser the clixsense tool bar it pays you another 1%. You may not think it sounds like much ...but think of it like this....if you earn $10 to cash out....well the bonus if you are a standard member would be 70 cents.....that means for ever $100 you earn you get $7 as a bonus ....its kinda like some places when I was younger used to pay a bonus to their employees for being on time to work everyday all week long. Clixsense does this as a bonus to us all just for working on their site. I think it is awesome.
I also would encourage any member who works daily and regular on the site to upgrade when you have a chance. I know to new members an upgraded membership at first may sound like a lot for $17. But I upgraded after my first month or two here. It was the best thing I ever did. When you upgrade ....your daily checklist bonus if you have the Clixsense tool bar installed on your browser will give you up to 16%. So when your upgraded for every dollar you earn you get 16 cents......that is $1.60 bonus for every $10.....and $16 for every $100 you earn that Clixsense gives you just for working on the site and earning. I am not just blowing hot air about this either. Once I upgraded I earned in my first week with just my bonus alone enough to pay for what I spent on it and then you have the entire rest of the year earning 16% bonus and its extra profit for you. I realize some don;t have as much time to work on Clixsense as I did at that time....but it will pay for itself even if you take a little longer to earn it back and over a years time it will earn you lots more profit. I mysefl don't have as much time to work on Clixsense as I did a few months ago with my work schedule picking back up. But I still am on the site everyday when I have time. I do my checklist every single day. Clixsense has helped me to have a form of extra income every month that gets another bill or two paid like my cell phone or my phone bill. It has really made a large difference in me and my wife's life in a short amount of time. The coolest thing about the site is I usually do my work on here while I am enjoying relaxing time in my recliner after getting off work from a long day. Or on my days off at my regular job. Sometimes I even work on the site while watching Tv. But its a wonderful site to work through and when you do your daily checklist you are maximizing your earnings potential.
Lastly I want to thank Clixsense for being such a wonderful site to work for and also for the daily checklist bonus. For any member reading this reply of mine. Please also be aware I am not a Clixsense moderator either. So don;t think I am bragging on the site because I am a moderator or have any kind of benefit to say what I have here. I am saying what I did because it is the truth.....and Clixsense has been a blessing to me and my family. So if you been thinking of upgrading your account but afraid you won't earn enough to make it worth it. My answer to that is simple. If you are already working on the site enough to be thinking of it and you also daily complete your checklist. Then you will only earn all the more money by upgrading. You will quickly with the higher daily bonus see the money you spend to upgrade quickly back in your account a little each day....and then you have the entire rest of the year of that higher checklist bonus helping you earn more and more money every day. You won't be dissapointed if you already work on site hard enough to do the checklist daily anyway. Also you get 20 more clixgrid clicks each and every day.
Valerie is right about this...the Bluebird Card would take care of anyone having issues cashing a check.....and I thought I might let others with the no checking account problem know what I did when I joined here....Most banks will allow you to open a checking account and get a debit card so on....for only $100 to start with....and you can do this with a check of $100 or more also.....so when I joined the site I didn't have a checking account at the time...I had just seperated from my wife and had not opened a seperate account at that time. So what I did was I built up my earnings on Clixsense until I had over $100 and then cashed out...actually my first cash out was over $200....then I did some checking around while waiting on the check to come in mail...found a local bank that offered a checking account I liked at fees I was ok with....and when the check came I simply went to the local bank and opened a new checking account depositing that check and didn't need any other cash at all.....and anyone else in the United States I am sure could do the same thing.....also I will add that most banks will put a hold on a check for a few days but not all banks do and some it depends on the amount of the check....I was lucky as my bank is located in North Carolina and because my check was issued from a bank in same state they only did a 24 hour hold...I was able to access my money the very next day.....at worst they may hold it for 5 days....but in that time you would get your new debit card and everything and from then on you would have a checking account and be all set....either way you want to do it.....if you don't want a checking account then stick with Valerie's advice and go get that Bluebird Card....but if you would like a checking account ...do what I did....may sound like a lot to build up to a new member....but I earned my first check of over $200 in basically a month....the majority of it from surveys. I went at it hard every hour I was at home from work and not sleeping ...if I could do it...so can anyone.
Guys I searched forum and also through everything in FAQ....says I am supposed to see a Cashout option next to balance once I get over $8 on my account...well I am way over $8 and have been a few days but there is no option at all to request a cash out.....I actually don't want to cash out right now....but would like to know why its not showing....is the site out dated really bad and they actually want us to get to a higher amount before we can request cash out or what? I cant find any help on this topic although I did find in forum two other posts asking the same things I am here....both members who asked were simply told they could request cash out at any time they wanted by clicking the link...that didnt answer their question or mine...WHERE IS THE LINK IS THE QUESTION?????? and also Why is it not showing up after we are way ab ove the $8 cash out for a brand new member????
