One popular PTR site I was
a member of for 9 years
(now shut down, not PP related)
required a SS#(W9) at signup.

Come to think of it, that scam
site still owes almost $30...

Their sister site is still up.
That's good for another $30.
(not active for months)

You didn't have to.

I call it the "green site".

Heck its on every AdHitz Ads
at the bottom of this page.

Most likely because you
posted it...

Maybe if I write
"Traffic Exchange" it will mix
it up.

I don't know..

I have had the opposite happen.

I was offered tasks marked as
level 2 or even today level 3.

It said "Congratulations you
have this skill."

I am zero.

If a website says make $6,000
a week.

Then on the bottom is a banner
that says "Site hosted free at wix"
could be a clue...

How long you have to wait
before it's a scam.

Its the end of the month and
I have not received payment
from four reputable
companies. Amazon being
one.

Is that a scam?

What is this scam site you
speak of?

A free to join site that offers
ads to click, but not honoring
a request to cash out?

Is that a scam?

ads.

1.5cents to 2cents every
15 seconds.

I dunno.
4 surveys 35 minutes, plus
the disqualifies.

I made .22 in the same time,
however I can have multiple
browser tabs open.

$3 total clicking ads for the day.

Micshad also reversed the numbers.
maybe from the future.

In 84 we were listening to Madonna
and running up credit card debt.

Anyway: to answer the OP I don't
know if it makes a difference any more.
