I can't see ad notifications in the toolbar or the toolbar has disappeared, what happened?

This could be a number of things. First if you are using Firefox and are using the addon to block javascript you have to add an address to your whitelist code.jquery.com/

This is the address where our javascript is being loaded from. This is why no ads are being shown on the status bar.

If your not using the javascript block addon or you are using Internet Explorer then you should try to refresh the toolbar. Move your mouse all the way to the left of the toolbar where it says ClixSense. There is a small down arrow. Click that and then click refresh toolbar. You may have to do this several times.

If the toolbar is disappearing or you are experiencing issues with it then you should disable and re-enable it.

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or above, what you can try is to move your mouse up to where the tabs are, go just to the right and right click. A menu will appear. Make sure that ClixSense Toolbar and Conduit Engine are selected. If they are not selected just click to enable them. If they are selected, uncheck them and then close all your browser windows, reopen your browser and enable them again.

If you are using Firefox, open your browser, goto tools addons. Make sure that ClixSense toolbar and Conduit Engine are enabled. If they are enabled, click disable, close Firefox and then restart it. Go back to tools, Addons and re-enable them.
